How to edit the content of a reply to review email notifications?

ReviewXpo also offers a feature by which you can customize the "Reply to review" email content and let your customers know you care. To customize this feature, please proceed with the following steps;

‍Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Reviews”.



Step 2: Select “Other Settings” and click “Review Reply”.



Step 3: Go down to “Reply to Review” and enable the "Button".



Step 4: Now go to “Collect Reviews”, click on “Email Content” and click “Reply to Review”.



‍Step 5: Customize the email notification to your preference and click "Save".



‍Now you can engage with your customers more effectively and let them know that you haven’t missed their opinions!
