How can you enable customers to receive email notifications when you respond to their reviews?
“Reply to Review” email notification is another necessary feature that ReviewXpo has availed for you to smoothen your customer connection process. It helps you by sending an email notification to your customers when you reply to their reviews.
To enable this feature, please follow the below instructions;
Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Reviews”.
Step 2: Select “Other Settings” and click “Review Reply”.
Step 3: Go to the “Reply to Review” section and turn on the toggle switch for “Email Notification”.
